Processing and Delivery Information

Most orders ship via UPS Ground®. Normal delivery times are between 2-8 business days. Items requiring oversized or overweight shipping may extend delivery times by three or four days. Delivery is curbside only. Orders may arrive in multiple packages and on separate days depending on type of and volume of product ordered. Order tracking information can be provided upon request. Mr. Pools is not shipping orders outside the 48 contiguous states at the present time. We are unable to ship orders to PO and APO boxes.

Shipping Methods and Costs

48 Contiguous United States Ground (normally 2 – 8 business days). You can expect your order to arrive within 2-8 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. major holidays. At this time, Mr Pools does not offer any expedited shipping options. Shipping is free on all orders and are shipped directly to our retail store for instore pickup. Handling fees for orders placed on this site are based on the dollar value of the total order.

Delivery of all oversize items is curbside only. Someone must be home to sign for the delivery.

Outside of the 48 Contiguous United States

At this time, Mr. Pools does not ship goods to Alaska, Hawaii or any foreign country.

Buy Online, In-store Pickup services

Most orders will be ready for pick up within four hours of the time the order was placed online. Specific items may take slightly longer due to inventory and/or availability. You will need to bring the following to the store:

• A government-issued photo ID

• The Credit Card used to make the purchase

Allow 1 – 3 Business Days for your Order to Ship. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays within the United States. Please e-mail us at Sales@Mrpoolsinc.com, if you have any questions.

Return Information

Mr Pools offers its customers convenient payment options. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted forms of payment via the web store. If you do not wish to pay via the secure web store, you may send a check or money order to the following address along with your order:

Shipments using a Money Order or a personal check will be delayed for an additional 5 days to allow the payment to clear.

Method Of Payment

​

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it. The following terms and conditions apply:

​

• All requests to return an item must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order. All return requests must be made by e-mailing Sales@mrpoolsinc.com

• All products must be returned in new condition in the original packaging.

• Certain products are not returnable. Please contact us for details.

• A Minimum 20% re-stocking fee applies to all returns.

• We are unable to credit you for any shipping or handling charges.

Special Order Policy

SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION Availability of merchandise is estimated according to information on hand at the time order is written. Seller shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of merchandise occasioned by manufacturer's scheduling, stock on hand, availability of materials, transportation difficulty, or any other cause beyond the control of the seller. ALL SALES ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS. ALL EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SELLER APPROVAL. A minimum fee of 40% of the purchase price will be assessed (re-stocking fee) on management approved returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Buyer assumes all risks associated with transportation of merchandise picked up. Seller makes no warranty beyond any written description itemized by the manufacturer. Seller will assist the buyer in the exercise of all manufacture warranties it will be determined by manufacture if item is to be repaired or replaced.

ITEMS THAT ARE ALL SALES ARE FINAL

No Refunds, Returns or Exchange on:

• Any electrical components

• Any chemical products

• Any special order products

• Any product not stocked in store

All Refunds will be issued in store credit NO CASH REFUNDS
 

Any and all refunds, or exchanges are subject to management approval with submittal of original receipt.

All defective items must be exchanged or replaced within 10 days from purchase. After 10 days only manufacture warranty applies

Refused Order

Do not refuse a shipment delivery. For us to issue a refund or replace damaged orders, you must be in possession of the original order. Refused orders will automatically be charged a 15% re-stocking fee.

Typographical Errors

If a typographical error occurs on an item purchased that affects the selling price, we reserve the right to correct it to the current selling price.

Canceled Orders

Please confirm items and quantities before finalizing your order. Orders can not be canceled or modified after they are placed. Please refer to our returns instructions for directions on how to proceed if you need to return an item.

Liability

Back orders will automatically be shipped when the product is back in stock unless otherwise canceled by the customer.

Back Orders

We assume no liability for the use or misuse of any product or item found in our catalogs or on our online store.

Service Order Labor Agreement

​

Not included in this contract: Electric, Gas, Landscape, Final Grade, Fence, Drainage, Irrigation, Lawn repair around the project areas as well as repairs to ingress and egress thereto project area.

 

Authorization of Service Work: 

Customer (s) represents that they have full and proper legal authority to authorize repairs and modifications to the property represented by the street address stated under their name above.  In the event, that the Customer(s) does not have such authority, Customer (s) hereby agrees to indemnify this agreement, that they have read the terms set forth on this document, on the mrpoolsinc.com website and visible in Mr Pools and More store in addition to Customer signed a copy acknowledging it as part of this service order agreement.  

and that the terms, warranty policy,  prices, installation terms, conditions, invoice and specifications are acceptable.  Customer (s) agree to the service terms, price, invoice, warranty policy, conditions and specifications are acceptable.  Customer (s) authorizes Mr. Pools and More Ltd to complete the service order as invoiced.

 

Wrongful Cancellation: The sale is final upon the completion of the Service order agreement. Customer (s) shall be liable for the purchase price of Service Labor ordered.

 

 The order is non-returnable and nonrefundable. Any approved returns are subject to seller approval, nonrefundable credit card fees and refunds issued in store credit only. 

 

ALL CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO A NON-REFUNDABLE THREE (3%) FEE CHARGED TO YOUR ACCOUNT. Charges over ($5,000.00) 

Five -thousand dollars will require prior authorization.

 

PERMITS. Costs of any required permit, plan, survey, grade or permit deposit, engineering fees, zoning or BZA meeting is not included in the above price.  This is the Homeowner’s responsibility.  

 

Assignment. Customer understands any labor service ordered will be assigned to a subcontractor of Mr. Pools and More Ltd. Assumption of Risk. Customer (s) acknowledge Contractors are separate entities from Mr. Pools and More Ltd with their own insurance. Therefore, Customer knowingly and voluntarily assumes any and all risks in any way associated with Customer’s purchase, third party agreements,both known and unknown risks, personal injury or death, and property damage and loss, even if arising from the sole or contributory negligence of Mr. Pools and More Ltd. and their officers, agents or members. Customer (s) assumes full responsibility and shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Mr. Pools and More Ltd for any and all damages it may incur relating to purchase of the service ordered. That said assignment shall continue to bind you (Customer (s)) to the terms and conditions found in this agreement and shall also bind, apply and inure to Customer’s heirs, assigns, successors, executors, and administrators. 

 

Warranty Disclosure. There are no additional Mr. Pools and More Ltd. labor warranties, express or implied and the remedies under this agreement is limited to the Labor warranty of the Contractor assigned. Mr. Pools and More Ltd makes no representation or warranty beyond any written description itemized by the manufacturer if applicable. MR. POOLS AND MORE  DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR  FITNESS  FOR A  PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  Customer (s) acknowledge

 Mr. Pools and More Ltd. warranty policy is  on the mrpoolsinc.com website, visible in Mr Pools and More store,  and Customer signed a copy acknowledging it as part of this service order agreement.  

 

Anticipated Date. Customer agrees the anticipated start and completion date is an agreement exclusively between the subcontractor assigned and Customer. Mr. Pools and More Ltd is not liable or responsible for the assigned subcontractor’s schedule. Mr. Pools and More Ltd makes no promises or guarantee of installation completion dates before parties, commercial commitments, special events etc.

 

Damages. Mr. Pools and More Ltd its affiliates, agents, officers, directors, employees, partners and suppliers are not responsible for any special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or for commercial losses from any cause.  In no event will Mr. Pools and More Ltd or any employee or representative’s liability with respect to this agreement exceed the amount the Customer (s) paid if anything at all. If no money has been paid by the Customer (s) the agreed sum for liquidated damages will be One Hundred Dollars($100.00)   Mr. Pools and More Ltd is not responsible or liable for any acts of God or damage or delays due to strikes, fires, accidents, inclement weather, material supply interruptions or other causes beyond it’s control. 

 

DISPUTE RESOLUTION: Any claims or disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved by binding in arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Home Construction Rules, except for claims solely related to Customer’s non-payment. The exclusive remedy of the Customer and limit of liability of Mr. Pools and More Ltd  shall be the purchase price paid in full by you, the Customer.  Mr. Pools and More and its affiliates, contractors, agents, officers, directors, employees, partners and suppliers are not responsible for any special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or for commercial losses from any cause.  

 

Inspection & Claims. Customer (s) agree to immediately inspect the service work upon completion. Any claims of damage or unsatisfactory work must be reported as soon as possible. Failure to report claims in a timely manner (3) Three days will constitute a waiver of any claim.

 

This document constitutes the entire Agreement between the parties. If for any reason, any provision of this agreement, including these terms and conditions, are found to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to effect the intent of the parties as reflected by that provision, and the remainder of the agreement, including these terms and conditions shall continue in full and effect.  In the event that any portion of this agreement shall be stricken, and all remaining language shall remain in full force and effect. Customer(s)  understands and agrees that by signing this agreement, they are not able to rely upon any oral understanding for representation.
